In short: we collect the information needed to connect people with opportunities and deliver our services, we never sell personal data, we only use non-essential cookies with your consent, and you can access, correct or delete your data at any time by emailing privacy@calixron.com.

05Consent and your choices
Where we rely on consent, we ask for it in clear and plain language, for a specific purpose. You may withdraw consent at any time by emailing privacy@calixron.com or by using the unsubscribe link in our emails. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing carried out before withdrawal.
Before we present your profile to a client for a specific role, we will tell you about the opportunity and seek your agreement, except where you have already asked us to represent you for similar roles.
07International transfers
Because we serve clients and candidates across markets, personal data may be transferred to, stored in or accessed from countries other than the one in which it was collected. When we do so, we take steps to ensure the data is protected in line with this policy and applicable law, for example by using contractual safeguards with recipients and transferring only what is needed for the purpose.
08How long we keep data
We keep personal data only for as long as needed for the purposes described above, including any legal, accounting or reporting requirements. In general:
- Candidate records are kept while they remain relevant to current or future opportunities, and reviewed periodically. You can ask us to delete your record at any time.
- Client and contract records are kept for the period required by applicable tax and corporate laws.
- Marketing preferences are kept until you unsubscribe, after which we keep a minimal suppression record so we do not contact you again.
09How we protect data
We use reasonable technical and organisational security measures appropriate to the risk, including access controls, encryption in transit, staff confidentiality obligations and vetted service providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and will notify you and the relevant authorities of a personal data breach where the law requires.
10Your rights
Depending on where you live and the law that applies, you may have the right to:
- Access a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how it is used.
